Ps. Bhadra Rai

President

Bhadra Nechali Rai was born in the Samtse district of the country Bhutan. He got married in 2010 to Ruth Rai, and now, they have beautiful daughters, Mercy (age 9) and Grace (age 5). He lived in the refugee camp in Khudunabari, Jhapa, Nepal for 17 years. He completed his BSc from Kalimpong College, India, and Master’s degree in intercultural from Asbury Theological Seminary, Kentucky, USA. Currently, he is on the pathway to completing D.Min in Organizational Leadership from Asbury Theological Seminary, Kentucky, USA. In 2014, he started a contact directory of Nepali Speaking Christian leaders, and this has been a great means to connect with all Nepali-speaking Christian leaders around the world. He was the founding President of Texas Nepali Speaking Churches from 2014-to 2019. He also founded Global Nepali Speaking Christian Fellowship (GNSCF) in 2016 (www.gnscf.org). He has been the founding pastor of Canaan Bhutanese Church, Houston, Texas, since 2009. In June 2020, he moved to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was the founding President of Harrisburg Nepali Christian Society from 2020 to 2021. He serves as current President of two Christian organizations, Bhutanese-Nepalese Churches of America (BNCA) and Global Nepali Speaking Christian Fellowship (GNSCF). He loves to serve God’s people till the will of God. Amen

Vice President

Mrs. Juna Tamang has served God and His people being in Great Commission Training Centre as a staff trainer with Nepal Campus Crusade for Christ in the year 1994-1998 based in Kathmandu, Nepal. She was also a women leader in Evangelical Friends Church-Nepal with leading women and involved in discipleship ministry for more than fifteen years. She keenly got involved in children ministry with Teaching Education Among the Children (TEACH Pvt. Ltd.) in the years between 2006-2015. She was trained and well recognised trainer cum curriculum writer, editor. She has developed course manuals and trained thousands of teachers in the course of training. She has done her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Darjeeling Government College, West Bengal India, and she is also the graduate of Union Biblical Seminary (UBS) Maharastra, Pune, India where she obtained her Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Missiology. She has studied Masters of Arts (MA) in Organisational Leadership and Management from Allahabad Agriculture Institure and Demmed University Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh India. Currently she served as a Pastor’s wife and women leader in Greater Columbus Ohio region in various capacitties. She has ricj experience of twenty-five years in planting and nurturing the churches. She has a teenaged daughter and a husband.

Puspa Rasaily is a devoted pastor at the Nepali Community Bible Church located in Rochester, New York. He is happily married to Dipshika Rasaily and together they have two children: a daughter named Grace Rasaily and a son named Prince Rasaily. Puspa Rasaily obtained his Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc. P-UG) from Tribhuvan University, Mechi Multiple Campus in Bhadrapur-Jhapa, Nepal. Currently, Puspa Rasaily is committed to serving his community as a pastor at the Nepali Community Bible Church, located at 45 Jones Avenue in Rochester, New York. Through his leadership and pastoral work, he is dedicated to sharing the love and teachings of Jesus Christ with his congregation and the community at large.

Pastor Subash Luhagun is the devoted leader of Lynn Nepali Fellowship, a vibrant and growing church located at 61 Gardiner St. in Lynn, Massachusetts. With a heart for the community and a passion for spreading the Gospel, Pastor Subash leads his congregation in meaningful worship, powerful prayer, and practical teaching that is grounded in the Word of God. Pastor Subash is happily married and has been blessed with two wonderful children. His family is an integral part of the church community and serves alongside him in various ministries.With over a decade of pastoral experience, Pastor Subash is a gifted communicator who inspires and challenges his congregation to live a life that honors Christ. His leadership has helped to transform many lives and families in the Lynn area.

Suresh Tamang was born and raised in Samchi, Bhutan. He migrated to Nepal in 1993 and gave his life to Lord Jesus Christ in 1994. He has served the Lord in various capacities like Youth Leader, Worship Leader and Associate Pastor. He moved to US in February, 2009. He currently serves as the Pastor of Prasansa Nepali Church in Atlanta, GA. He completed his Bachelors of Arts (English Honors) from University of North Bengal, India in 2004 and is pursuing Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, KY. He also serves as BNCA Director of Youth Ministry. He is happily married to Rodha Tamang since 2012 and is blessed with a beautiful daughter, Adelyn Tamang (2 years old). He along with his family is passionate about sharing the message of hope and faith to the lost world.

Pastor Ganesh Powdyel was born in 1975 in Ghundetar, Bhutan. Due to the political situation in Bhutan, he became a refugee from his native country on March 28, 1991, and after living in a refugee camp in eastern Jhapa, Nepal for 18 years, he moved to the United States of America on April 22, 2009 with his parents, wife and a daughter. He was legally resettled through the International Organization for Migration (IOM). At the same time he had the opportunity to get to know the Lord Jesus through Pastor Cody Lawrence. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in the month of June and baptized in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit on July 26, 2009. From that time on, he continued to study God's Word. He was appointed as pastor on July 5, 2011. Since then, he has been in the pastoral service in Nepali Churches and Bhutanese communities. He is currently the pastor of the New Nepali International Church. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute in May 2020 with a Bachelor in Theology. Similarly, he graduated from Western Seminary in 2021 with a degree in Reconciliation and Transformation. He also graduated in 2021 on how to preach the Word of God through TNT (Training for National Trainer). He has also done Bachelor in Secular Education in Arts from Mechi Campus Nepal in 2008. Currently, he is engaged in Bible Studies through his personal as well as INSLT (International Nepali Speaking Leadership Training). He is also perusing MA in Bible theology from JBC college currently. He has two children (a daughter and a son) and currently resides in the State of Illinois with his wife and parents.

Ps. Kunti Sunuwar, a resident of Phoenix, Arizona, USA, is married to Ps. Dil Sunuwar and is the mother of one son. She accepted Jesus Christ as her savior 23 years ago and currently runs a church in Phoenix with her husband. They have been in pastoral ministry for nine years, a great responsibility that God has given them. Ps. Kunti's vision is to connect people to the Lord Jesus and glorify His name. Her academic qualifications include a B.A., and she has attended healing classes, many short-term leadership training, and seminars. Ps. Kunti Sunuwar encourages herself to help other people and share the Gospel of Jesus with them.

Pradeep Das has been serving as the Lead Pastor of Faith Center Church of Cincinnati since Jan 2019. Pradeep is married to Renu Patchkoty. Pradeep and Renu have two children son Preshan Das and a daughter Prinsha Das. Pradeep believes in the gospel and christ's resurrection power. Pradeep is taking charge to assure every Nepali Speaking family in Cincinnati has a firm understanding of the gospel. Under BNCAY, he has served as the event coordinator on last tenure and currently he is leading the team of program coordinator under BNCA Board.He is also the founding member and former president of NSCC(Nepali Speaking Christian Churches of Cincinnati) Pradeep believes that being a disciple of Christ is his primary role and making disciples comes next.
